Soft Shell Beef Tacos

•lean beef strips
•carrots (sliced thinly)
•avocado (sliced)
•soft flour tacos (warm)
•red onion (thin slices)
•tomatoes
•lime (juice)
•large handfuls lettuce
•tablespoons teriyaki marinade
•Cup shredded cheese

METHOD:
1. Heat pan and spray with oil.

2. Once hot add beef and cook approx 5 mins - add teriyaki sauce after half cooked.

3. In tacos place lettuce, tomatoes, onion, and carrots.

4. Add cooked beef.

5. Drizzle each taco with lime and sprinkle with cheese.
