| Soft Shell Beef Tacos | 
| Ingredients | Measurements | 
| lean beef strips carrots (sliced thinly) avocado (sliced) soft flour tacos (warm) red onion (thin slices) tomatoes lime (juice) large handfuls lettuce tablespoons teriyaki marinade Cup shredded cheese | 600g  2 1 8 1 2 1 2 2 1 | 
| METHOD: | 
| 1. Heat pan and spray with oil.  2. Once hot add beef and cook approx 5 mins - add teriyaki sauce after half cooked. 3. In tacos place lettuce, tomatoes, onion, and carrots. 4. Add cooked beef. 5. Drizzle each taco with lime and sprinkle with cheese. |
