METHOD: |
1. Mix the flour, sesame seeds, spices, and salt + pepper together in a large bowl.
2. Cut chicken into cubes the size of nuggets. 3. Dip each piece of chicken into the egg mixture then the flour mixture and coat well. Set aside. 4. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. 5. Line a baking tray and separate the chicken or pop it straight into the air fryer. 6. Cook for approximately 20-25 minutes until golden and crispy. |
