Most of these recipes in this cookbook are from the times I have spent at school (1995 - 1996 [Years 11 & 12]) and all the various TAFE Colleges that I have attended (1997 - Cert. II in Hospitality Cooking at Bundamba, 1999 - Cert III in Hospitality Cooking at South Bank TAFE).

Please enjoy looking through all these recipes and just have fun in cooking all the great food available to you in this incredible cookbook.

There are also recipes that have come from other books (e.g. Coles and Woolworths), so enjoy these recipes as well.
